(a) Completed:
(1). Production, Properties and Application of mesophilic and thermophilic inulinases by
some yeast and thermophilic Aspergillus tamarii in solid state fermentation.
(2). Characterization of fungi associated with stored (Zea mays) Maize sample in Iwo, Osun State, Nigeria.
(b) In Progress:
(1)
Isolation and Characterization and screening of thermophilic fungi from various waste
dumpsites in South Western Nigeria. The thermophilic fungi are been screened for various enzymes and other metabolites of industrial importance. The enzymes and other metabolites will be purified characterized and potential industrial application investigated.
