-   UNESCO/Keizo OBUCHI Research Fellowships  Programme,   

Japan Funds-in Trust Project for 4months to Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur, India.  A training in Plant Tissue Culture(January-May 2005). 

-   MarArthur Foundation Fellowship of 3 months (October – December, 2009) to    

           Abomey  Calavi University, Republic of Benin on Comparative studies of primary  

           formed bark and regrown bark of some medicinal tree species.

-   Netherland Fellowship Programme for a short course on Comtemporary approaches  

           in genetic resources conservation and use offered at Wageningen International,

           Wageningen, the Netherlands from 12^th April – 30^th April, 2010.

-   Mashav assisted Fellowship Programme for a short course on Models of Sustainable 

              Development:  Initiatives for Rural Communities held from March 21 –   April

              14, 2011 at the Robert H. Smith Faculty of Agriculture, Food & Environment, the   

              Division for External Studies, Rehovot, Israel . 

-Conferred with the Talented Scientist Award at the International Seminar on  

            Medicinal Plants and Herbal Products held at Tirupati in India between 7^th and 9^th

            March 2008
