I taught the following courses:  Information Theory and Computer Communications System, Data Base System, Operating Systems and Supervised some final year projects.

March 24^th 1997 – March 23^rd 1998 – Senior Lecturer (Sabbatical Appointment)

I taught the following Courses: Information Theory and Computer Communications System, Data Base System, Operating Systems, Data Structures, Introduction to Computer Science, Computer Architecture. I was the Examination coordinator.

I supervised 19 final year projects

March 24^th 1998 – October 12^th 1999: Senior Lecturer (Visiting Appointment)

I taught the following courses - Information Theory and Computer Communications System, Data Base System, Operating Systems, Data Structures, Introduction to Computer Science, Computer Architecture, and Scientific Programming. I supervised 34 final year projects. I was the Examination coordinator.

I was the convener of Examination Review Committee for the two – year period and convener, Postgraduate Program Committee for the first one year.  I was a member of the Data Base committee of the institution.  I also assisted in the drawing of the syllabus for B.Ed Computer in Education, of the Faculty of Education of the Institution.

October 13^th 1999 to September 30^th Senior Lecturer, Dept of Computer Science, University of Ibadan.

I taught the following courses at the undergraduate level: Information Theory and Computer Communications Systems, Data Base system.  Operating systems, Computer Graphics, Programming Languages, Language Theory & Automata, and Introduction to Computer Science. I also supervised 4 Final year projects.

I also taught the following PG courses: Operating Systems, Computer Architecture, Internet Technology, Advanced Programming, Advanced Data Base Systems and Design.

I successfully supervised over 30 M. Sc. Students and two Phil/PhD students for their conversion examination.

I taught as before and produced 4 PhD candidates with 6 Phil/PhD students for their conversion examinations. I also successfully supervised 28 Masters Students.  I am currently supervising 5 PhD students who are making appreciative progress in their research work. 

Nov 1^st 1999 to March 2008: Ag. Head of Department, Computer Science:

Under my leadership, the department started Post Graduate Programs (M. Sc and PhD) in Computer Communication/Network, Data Base, Software Engineering and Languages and Professional Masters in Information System. The department also added a Professional Masters in Information Systems in 2005/06 session.

April 2008 – April 2010  appointed Professor and Head of Computer Science Department, Lagos State University Ojo, Lagos, Nigeria as pioneer head to develop the department (On Sabbatical & accumulated leave). The department got full accreditation within my two years stay.

2000 -2013 I have successfully supervised 15 PhD Students and many M.Sc. Students.

I successfully supervised 15 M. InfSc. Students.

I assisted in the review of the syllabi for Dip. SciTech and Masters in Info Tech. I am also a Member of ARCIS Academic Board.
