  • Cognitive Computing Architecture for Teaching Bioinformatics and STEM

The expected outcome should be a cognitive tutoring and authoring tool for teaching bioinformatics and STEM

  • MGENAVIS: A Visual Analytic Model for Biological Networks.
  • Modeling Metabolic Pathways of various model organisms using Visual Analytic Techniques

The expected outcome should show in a visually attractive way, the interactions between the various metabolites in the pathway of interest.

  • Sequence Analysis of Antisense Promoters and Chromatin modifiers at triplet repeat regions.

The expected outcome should show an in-depth analysis of sequence motifs at triplet repeat regions to identify targets for triplet repeat disease treatments.

  • Genome Wide Association Studies (GWAS) and Human Population Genetics.

The expected outcome should develop tools for GWAS analysis.
